How to track my order?

After you receive a shipping confirmation mail, you can go to the Track My Order link and see the status of order

When will I receive my order?

You will receive your order 5-8 Working Days

Ayurth,com is committed to delivering your order within the fastest time frame, while ensuring maximum with the highest quality packaging. Online Paid order are shipped the next working day and are mostly delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.

We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays during the normal working hours. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies such as FedEx, Bluedart, and Delhivery only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will try and ship your items via Government Registered IndiaPost but cannot guarantee the same. 

 I have received my tracking number but the tracking information is not moving/getting updated since 2 or more days. What should I do?

 Contact Delivery customer support or visit their nearest branch with your tracking number. They will provide you with the shipping information.

My shipping information is incorrect, how can I change it?

If your package has not been shipped, you can Email us your updated shipping address so we can update it in our system.

How to make sure my package gets delivered on time?

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and is correct.

Use correct abbreviations and have spaced entered properly. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information
